The location here is fantastic as it's very close to a peaceful area with nature trails, just a short drive from shops, and next to the Avery Brewery pub.

Straightforward and perfectly clean hotel. Well-kept and huge rooms with fridge, microwave etc! Outstandingly accommodating staff with smiles. Fine overall experience.

The hotel was little and immaculately clean with strong wi-fi. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable, they blew my mind. Marvellous remote location close enough to the outskirts of a neighborhood, and a Brewery. Also, this venue was located 2 miles away from Fourmile Canyon Creek.

Nice little accommodation with unbeatable setting near to the Flatirons or Pearl Street Mall. Satisfactory breakfast and a great selection of goodies.

We had a pleasant time at this budget-friendly hotel in Boulder. We loved having a safe box, TV, and a microwave oven in the room. - the staff was amicable and attentive, always available to help. - the location was great, being very close to a walking path, a lake, and various local activities.

Close to hiking trails, local activities, and the Flatirons, the rooms here come with a couch and iron for added convenience.

The hotel's location, tucked away in a residential neighborhood, was a breath of fresh air. It was a bit outside of the city, away from the hustle and bustle of other business areas, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. They were friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms, although a little unconventional with the two sinks, were comfortable and well-maintained. The attention to detail by the managers in ensuring basic amenities were provided made our stay hassle-free. The breakfast, served in convenient takeout bags, was a nice touch. Although the options were limited, the cereal, bread, eggs, and beverages provided a decent start to the day.

All was satisfactory, no significant improvements needed.
